The city of Fez is planning the creation of a large multi-cultural and leisure facilities complex at the western entrance of the city of Fez, on the main road from Rabat to the tune of Jbel Tghat. This project, designed by Andaloussi – Benabdallah – Aqsbi, will be a whole new cultural landmark of the city and it is defined by three major areas:
– Reading, with the construction of the great library of Fez.
– Show, an opera and a training institute arts (dance, music, fine arts) as well as many entertainment spaces for artistic performances in the open air, on the plaza planned in the project.
– Leisure, retail shops, showrooms, cinemas, business center, restaurants, cafes and other entertainment for visitors of the future cultural complex of Fez.
